End User License Agreement

Important – Read Carefully: This ExamPrep.Biz End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or an entity) and ExamPrep.Biz for the product identified above, which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and online or electronic documentation (“SOFTWARE PRODUCT”). Any component included within the SOFTWARE PRODUCT that is accompanied by a separate EULA, shall be governed by such agreement and not the terms set forth below. By installing, copying or otherwise using the Software Product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, you are not authorized to install, copy or otherwise use the Software Product; you may, however, return the sealed unopened Software Product along with all printed materials and other items that form a part of the ExamPrep.Biz product that includes the Software Product, to the place you obtained them for a full refund.

The Software Product is protected by United States copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The Software Product is LICENSED, not sold. GRANT LICENSE. This EULA grants you the following rights: Software Product. You may install and use one copy of the Software Product on a single computer for 120 days from the date of purchase. The primary user of the computer on which the Software Product is installed may make a second copy for his or her exclusive use on a portable computer. A third backup copy may be made as well . A license for the Software Product may not be shared or used concurrently on different computers. Other Rights and Limitations. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software Product. The Software Product is licensed as a single product. It’s component parts may not be separated for use on more than one computer. You may not sell,rent, lease or lend the Software Product.

Disclaimer of Warranty No Warranties or Conditions. ExamPrep.Biz expressly disclaims any warranty or condition for the Software Product. The Software Product and any related documentation are provided “as is” without warranty or condition of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of the Software Product remains with you. The work contained in this software is being provided as information to the public without attempting to render engineering or other professional service. Although the information contained in this work is belived to be reliable and accurate, the authors, creators and publishers do not guarentee the accuracy or completeness of the information. It is the individual user's sole responsibility to check all laws, rules and regulations and review their activities with industry professionals. The authors, creators and publishers do not assume, and hereby disclaim, any liability to any party for loss or damage caused by any errors or omissions by the use of this information.

Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall ExamPrep.Biz or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software Product or the provision of or failure to provide support services, even if ExamPrep.Biz has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In any case, ExamPrep.Biz’s entire liability under any provision of this EULA shall be limited to the greater of the amount actually paid by you for the Software Product or US $5.00.
